    Position Title: Medical Marketing Manager (Transplant Diagnostic Services)
    Summary of position:
    Client is a transplant-centric, patient-focused company that develops and commercializes diagnostic services and products, and digital solutions for transplantation. Client is seeking a Services Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing. The Services Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and sales tools to ensure the continued commercial success of Client services, including AlloMap, AlloSure and iBox.


    • Lead strategic planning and execution for Client's services
    • Voice of customer from transplant clinicians
    • Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including promotional and key customer tactics aligned to strategic objectives.
    • Contribute to Client's business planning processes, including launch, strategy, and tactical planning
    • Work with field sales team to provide continuous feedback and recalibration of marketing and sales tactics
    • Understand current trends in transplantation
    • Develop plans for Key Opinion Leader engagement
    • Develop content for collateral
    • Manage and/or collaborate with ad agencies, PR Firms and investor relations firms
    • Facilitate field sales education materials and training, including promotional tactics


    • High-energy and enthusiasm with a proven track record to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure and evolving environment which requires significant cross-functional coordination, collaboration, and teamwork
    • Excellent organizational, prioritization and influence skills, including the ability to lead without authority
    • Experience with complex markets, selling or marketing into leading academic centers and medical directors
    • Bachelor’s degree required; BA/BS in life sciences, molecular biology, or clinical science preferred; MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred
    • Successful track record in diagnostic/device/biotech/pharma marketing with preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience 
    • Candidates will be required to demonstrate success with past portfolios via creative campaigns, establishing new brands, marketing tactics, and lead generation in growing start up organizations.
    • Position is located at our headquarters in Brisbane, CA.
    • Some travel is required (approx. 25-35%, mostly domestic but can include international)
