Cardiothoracic Transplant Account Manager
Transplant Account Managers (TAMs) constitute the field sales team at Client. Calling on heart and lung transplant centers in a specific regional territory, the TAM generates and maintains sales of HeartCare, the combination of Client's Diagnostics. Client product 1 is a non-invasive blood test for heart transplant patients, client product 2 is a new non-invasive blood test for heart transplant patients, and in the future, lung transplant patients. You will interface with cardiologists, pulmonologists, nurse coordinators, nurse practitioners, laboratorians, IT and EMR specialists, social workers, and other hospital personnel on the transplant team. As a member of the team, you will work with medical science liaisons, KOLs, and others to introduce the diagnostic tools to transplant centers. You will interface with our marketing team, providing customer feedback and guidance in the development of our marketing programs and materials.
