Client is a biotechnology company focused on innovative therapeutic and aesthetic offerings, including our next-
generation investigational neuromodulator product, to help patients attain their
greatest health and well-being potential.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Medical Information, the Medical Information Specialist will be responsible for the
day-to-day handling of medical information inquiries and intake of adverse event and product complaint reports
from Client customers including clinicians and patients. This role is also involved in the development and update
of standard response letters and FAQs and can be involved in other projects supporting Medical Affairs operations.
