Our client is looking to work with a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) within our Medical & Scientific Affairs Department in the field of operating room integration and video imaging chain. The MSL will be expected to develop and deliver clinical and surgical flow efficiency outcome messaging. The MSL is a specific role with the primary purpose of establishing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with clinicians, patient care teams, and operating room administrators. An MSL must have both professional education and clinical experience (OR case experience, OR management experience) that enables effective navigation of the restricted access to industry representatives imposed by various regulations and/or providers.Medical Science Liaisons will operate with a three-pillar approach:1. Medically led stakeholder engagement – Lead medical and scientific exchange across stakeholder groups.2. Market-driven focus – Communicate value utilizing metrics that are relevant for each stakeholder group. Work with Marketing teams to collaboratively develop marketing information.3. Custodians of the benefit-risk ratio – Provide medical evidence and real-world evidence about clinical and economic outcomes.
